Copyright and licensing
One free syndication license for everyone, with attribution requested, never gated.
One free license for everyone
Free to republish, in full or in part, with attribution to SourceWire and a link to the original article. No fees, registration, or permission required. There are no tiers, negotiated rights, or paid permissions: the same free terms apply to a personal blog and a national newsroom alike, with no account and no acceptance step.
What attribution should look like
Attribution is requested, not enforced. A visible credit naming SourceWire and linking to the story’s permanent URL is ideal, for example:
<p>Originally reported by <a href="https://sourcewire.spindevs.com/stories/story-slug">SourceWire</a>.</p>
Images
The free syndication license covers article text. Images that appear alongside stories may carry separate rights. Verify image permissions independently before republishing them.
Takedowns and DMCA
Copyright claims are reviewed promptly: use the report form or the contact page. SourceWire may pause distribution during review, preserves an audit record, and gives the claimant a documented response path.
